The second store in this bustling city, Apple MixC Shenzhen, located on the B1 floor of Shenzhen Vientiane City was previewed by the company today. The new location will give Apple team members a welcoming and inclusive area to showcase the best of Apple to the neighborhood.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail said “We are very excited to open a beautiful new Apple Store in Shenzhen and deepen our connection with the local community.”
The new store has a Padang Light stone floor and a locally and sustainably sourced timber veneer-clad wall that maximizes visibility inside the store.
Visitors can try the newest Apple goods and accessories, receive personalized technical assistance and Genius support, get shopping assistance from Apple Specialists, select a monthly financing option, and more. For Chinese customers, Apple MixC Shenzhen also features an Apple Pickup station that combines the greatest aspects of online and in-store buying. Customers may place online orders and pick up their devices at a convenient time in-store thanks to the designated space.
The addition of Apple MixC Shenzhen marks the 55th Apple Store location in the area and the fourth in China’s Guangdong province. Apple has welcomed 22 million visitors to Shenzhen since Apple Holiday Plaza Shenzhen, the city’s first Apple Store, opened its doors in 2012. Apple has mentioned that a total of 10 languages, including Chinese, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, and sign language, are spoken by the over 150 highly skilled retail team members working at the new store.
